📦 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, new drops), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


🌎 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


📦 Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination, weight, and delivery speed.


📫 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use this number to monitor delivery progress directly through the carrier's website.


🔁 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at fragrancecenter8281@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship fragrances to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for expedited orders)
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories (for certain items)
